Go to http://www.jwplayer.com/wizard/ , and insert the streaming URL in the playing field. The streaming URL can be found at the "Instruction" page after you created a streaming resource. Look for ".smil" method.
Copy the embed code provided in the jw player wizard and paste it in your website html file.
